Originally thought this won't be much of a problem since most of my close friends are gals. But this is a problem now!.. 
Been stressed over it since 2 of my close friends are getting married on this year too. Then the master said horse year born will clash with my customary, so some friends are also out liao.
Also, i prefer unmarried friends.. so those married ones also out..
So far, I have gather 3 and hoping to get 1 more to make it 4 - even number. Really hoping to find one more, if not i will have to settle for 2. Will prefer to have 4 so it is more fun and also, more hands to help.
Roughly, these are the plans i have make (subject to change):
1) Jie Mei A - in charge of taking care of my gown so other people won't trip over :p and to help me on with the gowns (its hard to zip from behind).
2) Jie Mei B - Accompany us during the day. Taking attendance at the reception table and in charge of the ang pow box at the wedding dinner.
3) Jie Mei C - Accompany us during the day. Taking attendance at the wedding dinner reception table.
4) Jie Mei D - Accompany us during the day. Help carry things / gowns.
For emcee, M has agreed to get his friends to help. I have also considered to get the following for my jie mei:
1) Ang pow - haven't decide the amount..
2) Clothing - most likely will ask them to try to wear pink or peach colour, so that will appear nicer on fotos.
3) Makeup- If they want, my makeup artist can do for them but i think got extra cost.
4) Corsages - I am thinking to find waist corsages for them to wear, it look nice.
5) A gift - haven't think of what gift though..
